"I had to take time out of my busy schedule to rate this State Farm Office located in North Fort Myers, Licensed Agent and Manager Jane Russell. I needed cheaper Automobile Insurance so I stopped in and requested Yolanda Kuss, experienced agent on the premises who cordially assisted me and best advised me on a policy that best suited my needs and financial situation. She is very professional , knowledgeable and personable. You immediately get a sense of comfort when speaking to her. She goes above and beyond to help you ! "When my husband had an accident . No one came to help us or give us advice my daughter and husband were both injured a car hit us and totaled the car. Then insurance double and daughter was no charged for anything. The car I own now is under my name only and they tell me I don’t have to have my name first on bills and he gets mail and information and I don’t know what’s going on half the time. Even stopped in on the company and told same so it’s still first name in my husbands name and he don’t drive anymore and has nothing to do with my car. It’s really upsetting. Been on hold 6 minute then they dropped my call."

Of course we care. The hold time for our Claims Department, I do apologize for, I can message them to call you. The last part about the name, the auto policy is controlled by the first named insured. Your husband's name is first, yours is second. As we have discussed before IF your husband calls to remove his name or move his name to second, we can do that but we must speak with him regardless of the fact that the car is titled in only your name.
